N.B. 25% deposit, which is required before a booking can be confirmed, is non-refundable
The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed 6 and there is a No Smoking policy in the house.  Pets only by prior arrangement with the owners

To book your holiday please read our terms and conditions and fill out the booking form below. You must confirm that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.  We will then email you with confirmation and full details of your booking and how to pay.

    Please fill out the form below with your booking data. We will send you an email to confirm your reservation with details of payment via Bank Transfer. Keep in mind that the payment needs to be submited within 24 hours after the booking has been made.

    Balance to Pay

    We will prepare an invoice detailing the balance to pay 4 weeks before the rental period commences. Unless otherwise indicated a Security Deposit of £500 will be included in the final balance which will be refunded within two weeks after the end of the rental period. Please see item 5 in the Booking Terms and Conditions.

    I have read the Terms and Conditions and accept them on behalf of all my party who will reside in the Property, on whose behalf I am duly authorised to make the Agreement. I am over 18 years of age.
